The NEWLOOK Showcase Experience Home is set to open Summer 2025! Expect a grand opening party at the end of Summer. The party will include vendors, trade partners, friends of the Building Industry Association of Greater Chicago (BIAGC) and other project contributors!
The home is nearly enclosed with electrical, MEP, and plumbing almost complete. Interior finishes and drywall will be starting very soon!
In addition to media coverage to millions of people nationwide through the millions of followers across all of our partners' social medias, NEWLOOK Development is committed to tailoring a customizable media experience to BEST show off your company's products.
Involvement in the project ranges from 30-50% discount up to full donations. In order to get maximum content and coverage, donations are expected to be appropriate for the given product. Our design and marketing team is committed to working out a donation agreement that suits both parties.
The project has been, and will continue to be, extensively covered by Professional Builder Magazine, along with several of its affiliated publications and social media channels. Additionally, we anticipate coverage from Chicago North Schore and other greater-Chicago Publications.
With regular visits from the BIAGC (formerly HBAGC, Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago) and other groups that Michael and NEWLOOK are connected with, the home and its amazing features will get great exposure across the North Shore and Greater Chicago areas.
